Russia: Solar sail launch fails

I haven’t been blogging this story since I’ve only been watching it with 1 eye for some reason, but I’ll be a vulture and swoop in now that failure is confirmed.

At least this won’t, or shouldn’t, dampen enthusiasm for solar sails, since the craft never got into orbit, or so it seems.
