		<description>I think you shouldn&#039;t feel badly at all about doing the 30 day challenge again on the light setting with a tougher band. I agree that the point is to make a habit of exercise, and even if you do it on the light setting, that is still plenty! And you have the opportunity every day to choose to up the intensity, so if you feel especially energetic one day and board with the light setting, you could always up it for a day. I just did the 10th workout of the 30 day challenge (day 12 or something, I can&#039;t remember because I&#039;ve skipped some rest days).

I&#039;ve really enjoyed reading your blog. I never thought I&#039;d read a gaming blog, but the Wii has changed me! (Much to my husband&#039;s delight).</description>
