		<description>Ah, wrist weights are a great idea. Those things I linked to are neat but they&#039;re pretty expensive, too. For what they are. 

I&#039;m just using the band that came with the program. There&#039;s a dick&#039;s near my work, I should go over there on my lunch hour one day and look for a better band.

		<description>Get yourself some wrist weights from wally world...I saw some there that are 5 pounds for each arm(reads 10 pounds on box, but its 2 arm weights). That will help you overall. Cant remember if you said you were using the pilates band or had gotten a better band, I am using a black 25lb equivalent from gofit.net(also at wally world or somewhere like dick&#039;s)</description>
