@Pete: It’s amazing what a mature set of mind can do to a Guild as whole, now isn’t it? Everyone is in CoW knowing that it’s supposed to be fun first, grind second, and that separates the mentality from the guilds I have been in before.

In Open RvR, it's really quite amazing to see dps classes chasing healers, tanks protecting their healers, and healers... well, keeping the rest of us alive. It's rather refreshing. Not so much a strict role... just teamwork happening without much stress on "guiding" people into roles. @Pete: I gotta say, I've been extremely impressed by all the folks in CoW so far. I usually avoid guilds like the plague. I'm still curious whether I'll enjoy raiding with the guild or not, since I don't generally like being set to a strict role in grouping.
